Upgrading 6 year old pc CPU and motherboard

My little brother just got a et1831-07

Its specs are

Motherboard: unknown its purple though
Cpu: Pentium e5400
GPU: ge force 7050 integrated
HDD: 750gb
RAM:4gb ddr2
PSU: unknown but says it is 400 watts
OS: windows 7

Are there any ways I could upgrade it with some of my old parts:
Fx 4130 with cooler and micro ATX motherboard
Gt 630

350watt psu that came with my old prebuilt that powered the fx4130 and gt 630

This is a full rebuild, not an upgrade.

The only thing you can keep is the hard drive, and maybe the case.

I was asking if there is a way I can upgrade or do whatever you want to call it.

Using the same case, new cpu new motherboard new ram and new PSU if needed.

Upgrade or full rebuild I don't care what you want to call it.

I wouldn't count on a 6 year old eMachine case being usable with better parts. But a new case is maybe $50.

It will work. So basically you're removing the mobo and everything with it. Then putting the other mobo with the fx 4130 and GT 630?

The hard drive is worth yanking - or you could donate the whole machine as a tax write-off.

I would just re purpose this box. For internet machine in another room or family member.

Then do a complete build.
