Upgrading 670 for 780

Hey Everyone,
I'm relatively new to PC building and bought this rig off a friend. Ive found an offer which will allow me to upgrade from a gtx 670 Oc 2gb, to a Gtx 780 oc 3gb. (Bear in mind this will involve me selling my 670). I was wondering if I needed a better psu / mobo etc in order to implement this upgrade.
These are the rigs specs
GPU - gtx 670 oc 2gb
CPU - I5 3570k 3.4 GHz (I'm not Keen on overclocking)
Mobo - P8Z77 Asus
RAM - G Skill DDR3 8GB
PSU - Antec 650w
Case - T28 Sharkoon
OS - Windows 7

I understand it meets most requirements but I want to be sure.

Looks like you should be fine. Won't have headroom for overclocking but you don't want to so you should be set.
