Upgrading 8800GT card to play call Duty Ghost

I want to buy Call of Duty Ghost but my current graphics card (8800GT will not be suitablle)

What should i be looking for for less than £100 (willing to buy second card or new)

Current PC has motherboard P5KC with 6gB of memory.

The processor is Q6600 if i remember rightly.

the 8800GT has suited me well for 6 years and now i need to upgrade.
