Upgrading a ATI Radeon HD 5450 card

Hello Friends:-

I have Radeon HD5450 AMD 1GB DDR3 and I was thinking of upgrading it to higher than 5450,Is there any way of doing so,Please advice

upgrading-why? what's the rest of your hardware ( include PS ) and monitor/resolution.....use .... and budget.

The physical upgrade itself is easy. Remove your current card, add in the replacement card, and attach all connections.

As to what you should upgrade to, we'll need more information.
