Upgrading a computer that will eventually become a streaming/pure workstation PC?

So I have a prebuilt PC for a few years, and I expect to be using it for atleast another 2-3 years before I actually get to building a main rig for myself.

Right now i'm doing streaming, content creation and gaming all on this one computer so far, and I have to say that it's actually performing well for the components it does have.

However, once I build my main rig that will be a rig that can both game and create content, I plan on using this rig as a dedicated streaming rig as well as using it to help offload some rendering of projects off of the main rig.

So i'm thinking about upgrading some components such as the GPU and CPU cooler as well as getting an SSD perhaps? Right now i'm running an i7-4790 (yes, not unlocked), 32GB of DDR3 RAM @1400MHz and a GTX 745 (yes OEM card).

I'm just thinking of upgrading the CPU cooler due to the well known and super distinct sound the stock Intel heatsink makes when it's revved up. It also will help when my CPU is under constant load a good 30% of the time when i'm rendering and streaming content. As for the SSD, I figured that SSDs are pretty much the best single upgrade one can make to their prebuilt rigs. Lastly, I thought perhaps getting a more modern GPU would help with both content creation for now and the future as well as gaming for now. I'm not sure if a better GPU would take advantage of OpenGL better.

If I should upgrade anything, what should I upgrade?
