Upgrading a computer

Hello, I bought a computer a few years ago the Acer Aspire m3800, heres the specs:

I put in an AMD Radeon 5570 GPU, and a 500 watt PSU, I want to get a new GPU because my fan stopped working on it, I'll probably spend about $200 on a new GPU and $100-150 on more ram. My question is,
What GPU can i get for that price? $200
What RAM can I get for that Price? $150
and What else should I be buying to upgrade this machine for gaming?

GTX 760 ~270$
And this CPU is really old. Start saving for a new one.

The Radeon R9 270X may be a good fit for you. My brother just upgraded to one from a Radeon HD4870.

Check your PSU's PCI-E power connectors, because the R9 270X requires 2 x 75W 6-pin PCI-E connectors. You can use 4-pin Molex to 75W 6-pin PCI-E adapters. Here's a link if you need them:
