Question Upgrading a Lenovo IdeaCentre 5 AMD

Hi - I recently got the deal on the Lenovo IdeaCentre 5.
What's the best graphics card I can fit with the stock PSU?
Anyone replace the PSU's on these system with something better? Not sure if its a stock or custom size.
