Please advise what memory i should use with it. Thanks to all. i am just upgrading memory, cpu, and mobo.

Why not go with a socket 775 sli board and C2D?

Look into getting an e6750 which will come out on July 22 and will cost $180. It will have an FSB at 1333, and will be running at 2.66 ghz. With the new Go stepping the Intel's are reportedly able to reach almost 4 ghz over clocks. If you can afford it I would also look into a Q6600, $266 after July 22. Both of those processors are significantly faster than a AMD Athlon X2 5200+. Also look into a P35 motherboard perhaps Gigabyte. Another option is DDR2 1066 if you want to achieve a high oc.Some good DDR2 800 should do you fine though.

For AMD cpus get DDR2 800 memory or better.
