Upgrading a p rebuilt system

Hey guys I got a prebuild pc from my cousin it is very old and I thought to change the components in it

Here are the specs

Cpu - intel core i3 3220

Mobo- gigabyte h61m-s

Ram- 2gb

Gpu - intel graphics

I am going to replace the psu , gpu ,psu, ram with i5 processer and 750 watts psu and 8gb ram and gpu with asus gtx 780 3gb so will the above pc will support this upgrades in it it has alot of space for gpu

if you can get the part very cheaply on EBay for example ( I just bought an I5-3550 to upgrade my daughters Inspiron 660s for 52$ shipped)
so that is a good cheap upgrade. as for ram you can go to 16GB, but 8GB would do nicely, and DDR3-1333 Mhz can be had in 2x4gb for about 30-50$
the PSu I would by new , so not terrible upgrade prices for some of the hardware upgrade he's thinking about.

why? not everyone needs a i7-8700K or can afford it :)
