Upgrading a PC: CPU or GPU for best money's worth for gaming 200€+change (current specs i5-4570, GTX 760)

These are my current specs

Intel i5-4570 3.2Ghz

GTX 760

Would I get more money's worth upgrading my CPU or GPU (Specifically I'm looking to play Total War Warhammer II with at least high settings, but also other games). If you have specific recommendations, I'm looking for something 200 euro + whatever I can get for the part I sell. (European stores only please).

Also how much of improvement would I get switching to an SSD?

Recommended specs are I5-4570 and GTX 770 so a better GPU would help but upgrading both if you can afford it, you might be best looking on second hand sites for a 4th gen i7 and a gtx960 should be around 250 euros for both

A GPU upgrade is generally what I would suggest to upgrade, for your build setup. This is the best card, that I have found, at the 200 Euro price point.

What about GTX 1060? It's in the same price range and I usually prefer Nvidia.

If it is the 6gb version, yes. The RX 580 is faster than the 1060 3gb, in most cases.
