Hey guys! So I have this old Dell Dimension 9200 which never really got much use. I'm willing to spend around 300-350$ upgrading it to become a suitable gaming PC that can play games on mid-high settings, edit some videos, and play some music.
Here are the specs

I'm going to upgrade to windows 8.1 for free.
Here's what I was thinking about getting.
CPU
AMD FX-8320 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.0GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Desktop Processor FD8320FRHKBOX
139.99
PSU
CORSAIR CX series CX430 430Wt $39.99
MoBo
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard $89.99
EVGA 01G-P4-2751-KR GeForce GTX 750 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card
$99.99
Is everything compatible? Would I need to upgrade the default 4 gigs of ram to 8 gigs of ram? This is my first time building/modifying a PC so any input would be extremely helpful.
