Could anyone tell me if they have successfully upgraded a SFF PC (with a 240w PSU) with a GTX 1050 or 1050 ti without upgrading the PSU. Or if it's even possible in the first place.

To a 1050 or 1050 Ti? Probably not. I'm assuming it's either an HP, Dell, or Lenovo. The best you can do without stressing the PSU is likely a GT 1030.

Full specs, including dimensions (or link to the product)? You can probably get away with any card that doesn't required additional PCIe power connectors, if the card physically fits.

The 240W PSUs are not of the greatest quality and the motherboards are *usually* not designed to pass very much power through PCIe slots anyway. My HP 8300 Elite SFF turns off (OCP) with a GTX 750 if usage is too high, and mine's got an i3.
