Hi, I'm new here and I don't know too much about computers...
I bought an Acer 605-UB11 from Best Buy last February and I'd like to replace the power supply so I can upgrade the graphics card, but I'm not sure which power supply and graphics card I should buy. My budget is $400, my main goal is to play WoW on ultra or at least high.

Here are my specs:
Processor: Intel core i5 4460 CPU @ 3.20ghz
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4600
Ram : 8GB DDR3
WIndows 10 64bit

The case is small and cramped so you can't install any large video cards. You'll need to install a "Mini ITX" style video card.

Without upgrading the power supply, the best card you can install is this Graphics Card: EVGA 02G-P4-3751-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card ($119.99 @ Newegg)

^Personally I would go this route. You wouldn't need to upgrade your power supply and it can probably max out WoW. It also comes with a free backplate.

If you upgrade your power supply, the fastest video card you can install (within your budget) would be this Graphics Card: ASUS GeForce GTX 970 GTX970-DCMOC-4GD5 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card...

If you choose to get the 970, you would need at least this Power Supply: EVGA 100-B1-0600-KR 80 PLUS Bronze 600W Active PFC ATX12V v2.31 / EPS 12V v2.91 Power Supply ($39.99 @ Newegg)

But I think that the 970 with a new power supply would be way overkill just for WoW.
