Upgrading a prebuilt

I have an my ATC-780A-UR11, I plan on replacing the PSU with a Seasonic FOCUS series SSR-450FM, removing the hard drive and installing a SAMSUNG 860 EVO, and installing a GTX 1060.

Is this fine and Should I change anything? Also would there be a problem with heat? The 1060 would be really close to the bottom of the case

check the clearance behind the pci-e slot, my frd's tc705 has a hard usb connector behind the pci-e slot, if you have some cable there, get the shorter version of gtx1060 from like evga/msi/zotac to ensure capability.

you may also want to add at least an exhaust fan as the 1066 will run pretty hot.
