Nvidia Geforce Integrated
220w power supply

I just ordered a amd phenom x4 9550, i was wondering if a low profile r7 240 would work in this also?

You are wasting your money upgrading your system. It's is a low spec basic use system, small case, small power supply. You can get a used tower with a early gen i3 or i5 CPU for the cost of upgrading your system. What exactly are you trying to upgrade the system for? For basic use the original setup is OK, maybe with a bit more RAM, for gaming, it will never run any newer games, and even older demanding games will not run well.
