Upgrading AMD Graphics Card

Hi there,

I currently have a PC with an 'MSI AMD HD 6670' Graphics Card installed.

I am now upgrading to a 'Sapphire AMD HD 7870' but I've been told that when installing a new Graphics Card you have to uninstall all drivers of the previous one which has left me rather confused.

Can someone please try and help explain to me basically what I have to do when it comes to these drivers and how I go about installing them. Without being a pain, maybe put a list of what I have to do or at least redirect me to somewhere that has all the information I need.

you can try also to not do it. just switch cards and see if there are any issues.
