[SOLVED] Upgrading an existing build

Hey all, was just wondering if I could get some feedback on my part selection before shopping cyber monday today.
Currently have:
CPU: ryzen 5 1600
MB: asrock b450 pro4
GPU: 1660ti
Ram: unknown 16gb of ddr4 ram @2666
PU: 650W
SSD: M.2 500gb
Looking to upgrade:
CPU ryzen 5 3600
Ram: Corsair vengeance lpx 16gb @3000
SSD: samsung evo 970 m.2 1tb.
Would love feedback and different perspectives on the part selections, happy cyber monday shopping to all of you!

I read up on my motherboard page that it only supports upto 3200 ram speeds
it means out of the box it can work up to 3200 with any kind of ram.

from forum I can see that some guys was able to go higher with:

3600MHz I went with 18-20-20-20-41 - 1.4v and 1.2v SOC.
you should be able to get them to work at 3600 if you will spend an hour or 2 tweaking.

Like he said. Likely won’t be able to use XMP. Just punch manual timings and it should be fine. I wouldn’t expect it to take an hour or two even.
