I have been using a PC i bought about 3 years ago, i didnt look for an upgrade because the only games i was caught up in playing were Dota 2 and CS:GO. but with ARK coming out i was considering an upgrade.
anyway these are my current system specs :
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-P61A-D3
Ram : 4GB ddr3 665MHz
GPU : GT 440
CPU : core i5 2500k 3.30GHz
powered by a 380W PSU

and these are the things i want to upgrade to :
Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB 4GBx2 1600Mhz CL7 DDR3 RAM
Zotac GTX 950 AMP! edition
and a new 550W PSU

i just want to make sure that the RAM i mentioned im going to upgrade to matches my mobo and CPU considering they can handle a max of 1333MHz and the GPU im going to buy wont bottleneck considering my CPU is very old.
i have been surfing for my questions on the internet all day i thought i might as well ask a professional.

Your CPU is still a good one, and you can even get a better GPU than the 950 if you desire. The RAM should be fine, but sometimes the BIOS may need updating on motherboards to use it. I would double check compatibility on the Gigabyte's website before purchasing though. Be sure to purchase a quality PSU to save yourself from headaches that may arise from a less than desirable one. I recommend the Antec high current gamer or SeaSonic S12II models as good inexpensive options.

Thank you i feel confident enough to buy my GPU now
i found a 550W PSU with 80 PLUS Gold-certified efficiency from a brand named GREEN. unfortunatly the country where i live there are limited brands and a lot of fake components and this is one of the few reliable ones with a warranty.
Though i am still having doubts about the RAM. i have checked my intel website for my CPU compability and Gigabytes for my motherboard but i really have no idea what to look for ! i still need verification.

This link will guide you to guaranteed memory compatibility for your motherboard:
http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/download-center.aspx?kw=GA-P61A-D3&ck=2 You should be okay with the G.skill you are after, and the compatibility list looks like it's bound by windows XP which is likely why it only shows 1 and 2GB modules. I do see some part numbers that are 8GB ones under G.Skill, so I'm sure you would be fine with 2x4GB as long as you are running windows 7 or higher.
