Upgrading an optiplex 9010 usff, best gpu?

I was wondering what the best gpu would be, it is still pretty good specs (I5 3470, 8gb ddr3 ram) but I dont know what gpus will fit or the psu wattage? Please help

Try small factor GPU like gtx 750ti gtx 650ti there are small to fit in the case
U may also try gtx 950
Dunno bout amd maybe r9 fury nano
What's ur budget
PSU maybe somewhere around 240 to 350 watts (I'm guessing)
U wanna upgrade that also
