Hi I have an AsusPro72sl notebook with t5850 socket P and want to upgrade to T9300 or T9400 or SP9400
but i can't find to what cpu wil work

I think the T9400 will work, since it seems it won't be limited by your motherboard's motherboard. The SP9400 uses a different socket and thus may not fit. Would you know where I can find detailed specs of your laptop? A cursory search online revealed nothing, and I'll be able to provide more help if I had access to that.
