Upgrading ATI Radeon HD 5770, 380$ Budget

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Friday this week.
BUDGET RANGE: Up to 380$.

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming (Most AAA titles of today and some MMORPG's like Dragons Nest), viewing movies and series.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: ATI Radeon HD 5770 with a OCZ Fatal1ty 750W PSU (Or 700W, not sure. If needed, i'll confirm)

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: CPU is a AMD Phenom II X6 1055T overclocked to 3.5Ghz, MoBo is a gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3, two 4GB DDR3 memory sticks. Case is a Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced Full Tower. Currently cooling my CPU with a Corsair H60 water cooling kit and i have a spare, if it works with the GPU, which i doubt.

PARTS PREFERENCES: No preference. Whatever's best. I do lean on Nvidia, though.

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe
SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1366x768

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I have a big issue with cooling. I try my best, but my current card is up to 60 degrees celsius even with the case i'm using. Proper cooling would be nice.

A GTX 660 or 7850 is more than enough for that resolution.
You should maybe get a bigger screen.

I also agree that you should aim for the GTX 660 or GTX 660 Ti for nVidia or the HD 7850 for AMD. At that resolution, you would just be wasting money by getting a better card. If you're going to eventually upgrade your monitor, then get one of those three.

If cooling is an issue, I would shy away from AMD since their cards use more power and run hotter.
