Upgrading: best gpu for my asus p5b deluxe

Hi! I want to know wich gpu ( and wich manufacturer) is best for gaming for my mobo upgrading from radeon 2600. The price should be nearly 150 €.

My specs are:
Intel core 2 duo e6700 2.66 no oc already.
2 gb ram i want to add 2 gb more
W7 32 bit. I know how to use 4 gb on 32 bit
Psu 535w

I want to play games like assassin's creed and call of duty.

I got a 8800GTS on that board and now upgrading to an Nvidia 460GTX. Because it got good reviews and has one of the best price/quality factors of this moment (saw some around 150,-!)

Forgot.. When you want to take advantage of all your new GPU's power you'll prob need to overclock you're processors to at least 3Ghz. Search this forum for more details.
