Question Upgrading BIOS

Currently running the Ryzen 5 2400G on my Gigabyte A320 M/H

Got a new CPU ( Ryzen 5 3600 ) coming soon and i've upgraded the BIOS to the earliest version it supports ( F41 )

If I want to upgrade to F42 it says

Due to AGESA 1.0.0.3 ABB, PCIe Gen4 support has removed when using a 3rd Gen Ryzen (Matisse) CPU

Does this mean if i upgrade to it that my GPU wont work ? ( Radeon RX580 ) ?

PCIe Gen 4 would mean the M.2 slot on the board.
