Upgrading/Building game pc for about €1500

Hello people,
I want to either fully upgrade my pc or build a new one if its not worth upgrading, my setup =
Cpu=intel i7 950 quad 3.06ghz
Psu=inn winn commander 750 watt
Gpu= amd radeon hd 5700 series
Ram= 8gb (2×4gb) corsair vengeance blue
Motherboard= Asus p6t se
Windows version: windows7 64 bit premium

Well i have about 1500 euros to either upgrade my old game pc or build a new one, any ideas or suggestions ?

You can build a really good gaming PC for less than 1000 Euro - the build in my signature is great.
You can build a very fast i7 skylake PC with an SSD and vey powerful graphics card for about 1200 Euro.

Suggest you research what you really need....
Any spare money could be put toward a really nice new monitor
