Upgrading: Can I swap PC2-5300S-555-12-zz with PC2-5300S-555-12-E3?

I have a Toshiba Satellite U400 Pro.
Currently running a 1x2GB RAM chip, PC2-5300S-555-12-zz.

Note that I will not order from Amazon as international shipping fee make this buy a bad deal form me.

I'd like to upgrade to 2x2GB (=maximum capacity as noted by Toshiba). But instead of taking the risk of compatibility issues with two sticks from two different manufacturers, I figured I'd buy two of the same.
Will Samsung's 2x2GB PC2-5300S-555-12-E3 work OK?

What do the 'zz' and 'E3' notations stand for?
Both original and new are 667Mhz with CL5 and 1.8V working voltage.

Since the product comes from two different makers/third party sources they have a different way of identifying their components and thus the last two digits mean nothing to us or the laptop actually. Both are Non-ECC and both are rated at 5-5-5-12 and both are rated to run at 1.8v so you're good though I'd highly recommend that you get the Crucial/Micron/Hynix kit!

OK here's the update.
I didn't take the chance of ordering the Samsung memory. Instead I kept searching and found the exact same PC2-5300S-555-12-zz by Micron. I bought thses, installed and all is working smoothly (beside the fact that only "2.99GB usable"..)
