I am looking to upgrade my PC and I have a few ideas that I will share. I am looking for some advise in case I have incompatible items. Also has anyone had any experience with buying Open Box items (Mobo) from Newegg?

Current PC Specs:
Mobo: ASRock Z97 Anniversary LGA 1150 - https://www.amazon.com/ASRock-Z97-Anniversary-Intel-Motherboard/dp/B00LJ3GB78
GPU: GTX 1070
Ram: Team Elite 8gb (2x4) @1333 (1600)
CPU: i5-4690k

Buying:

CPU: i5-9600k

Mobo: ASRock Z390 Pro4 LGA 1151 https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157855

Ram: G.Skill TridentZ 16gb (2x8) @ 3000 OC https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820231911

Any suggestions or do you all think this would work nicely? I know I am going cheap on the ram/mobo but I don't have too much more to work with in my budget. Maybe 75 bucks extra I could go. I hope I didn't miss anything.
