Question upgrading components

Hi all , so i have right now the following parts in my build.

2x 1080p monitors
1x 1440p 144hrtz monitor
ryzen 1600 at 3.7ghz
16gb ddr 3200mhz
and a evga 1070

if at all do i need to upgrade...and if so to what...thanks in advance.

Is it for gaming or not? I'd say if it's gaming you might be better off with a GTX 1080 Ti or RTX 2080

yes it is for gaming.

Ok I think the 1070 might be holding it back. If you get MSI Afterburner (a free download) you can use it to see what percentage your CPU and GPU are at. Tell me the averages of what these are, and I'll have a better idea at exactly what is needed.

That's good FPS from a three screen setup. If that was from max graphics at the highest resolution, then I'd say you are actually good. However notice the GPU is at near max whole the CPU is maybe 25-30% total. This means you could get much better FPS (you could get to the 144fps that the screen allows) with a GPU upgrade potentially. You'd probably want a 1080ti or something like that.

i was looking at a 2080 , but the only thing i did see is 1 core hits 93% and am wording if its getting very close to its limit ? as in if the game uses a single core

Ah well if that is the case, I'd Google whether your favourite games utilise multiple cores well. There's plenty of info online, and if it turns out that most of them don't, and your in-use cores are reaching max as well as your GPU then you've got a pretty good match.
