Wow, they all look good but umm 3 questions:
1st question. Whats the difference between the 2 motherboards you have suggested?
2nd question. Will the motherboards fit with the other components that i already have and fit in the pc case?
3rd question. would the cpu cooler help a lot?

1) AMD and intel.
2) Yes.
3) For the fx6300, you may need oc to get better performance to match up the i3, but you can always get the cooler later. For the i3 or i5 non-K version, you don't have to buy one.

Ok, another quick question which is better (performance wise) AMD or Intel and what cpu coolers are good with Intel

i5 is better than i3 and fx6300, most cooler will fit intel or amd, like the Zalman CNPS9900MAX, it will fit all. When you find the review you will know which one has the better performance.
