upgrading computer help

So i have the alienware x51 and i want to upgrade it ive gone through and picked the parts that need to be changed in order for this to be done. I am wondering if you all think these are compatible. i plan on throwing a gtx 780 in but im not sure what the differences between all the models are. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I don't think you can upgrade the X51. It has a very slim case so it won't fit any aftermarket GPU

Well i mostly play league and wow but often i play games like fallout 3 and im downloading metro last light as of right now so im hoping to get a decent frame rate with it with what i have as of right now. my screens are set to 1900 i think i would have to check.

So you want to play games with 2 1920x1080 monitors with 60 FPS and minimal lag at their highest settings with full AA ? You'll need a high end PC for that.

Getting 60 FPS on Crysis 3 on 2K res. is not easy. Even the famed GTX 690 can't do it. The cheapest alternative would be the R9 290

If you remove 1 hard drive cage, it would fit. I have the NZXT Phantom 410 too, and it fits my Gigabyte R9 270x. If you remove the hard drive cage, it improves airflow and gives the GPU more room. I'm sure it would fit.
