Upgrading computer, Mobo & CPU. Windows 7 question

If I were trying to upgrade four computers that can run orders, communicate with customers via e-mail, and store customers data and also that requires a multiprocessing operating system. I need the cost for such and upgrade and best solution.

Maybe all u need is an SSD drive, it speeds up the daily tasks the best and maybe more RAM is in order. U can get 8GB under $40 bucks.
