If I left out any information please tell thanks! :)

to get 60 FPS on witcher 3 you will be looking at an overhaul of your entire system.

I would recommened something like this to get 60+ fps on ultra.

What would I need for just a regular 60 fps not on ultra should have been a bit more specific 😛

Then all you will need to do is upgrade your CPU to the FX-6350 and get a new GPU like the GTX 960 and a new PSU if yours is less than 650w

What would be a good Psu for GTX 960

any PSU from the following brands are high end XFX/Seasonic or you could get EVGA g2/p2 power supplies you should get 550W for that system

For the GTX 960 or any other gpu would I still need to upgrade my cpu or would my current one still work? I suppose not
