Upgrading Computer

Hi there. I am about to order a new graphics card, new motherboard, and new CPU for my computer. I just wanted to double check that they are all compatible with eachother, and that I'm not missing out on a better deal.

The parts are:
XFX HD687AZNFC Radeon HD 6870 Video Card
MSI H61M-P23 B3 Intel H61 Motherboard
Intel Core i5-2300 Sandy Bridge 2.8GHz Processor

Looks ok to me, think that GPU is a bit cheaper on Newegg though. Even a GTX 560Ti isn't much more.

Looks good, but I think these are a bit better (the motherboard anyway) and a little bit less expensive all said and done....
