Upgrading CPU and MOBO

1. software to use? Ryzen 2700X may be a better choice if the software is well optimized.
2. definitely not single sticks times two, may not work together, 2 sticks in a pack will mostly work
3. adding another set of 2x16 in the future may or may not work
4. cooler is not good enough imo.
