Upgrading CPU Broken

Ok I will explain what happened to my pc, I was cleaning it out and dusting out fans i removed my cpu cooler and open lever this is an amd cpu am3 and i stupidly picked up the pc and shook it remove excess dust, and i then bent a lot pins tried to bend them back no luck, MY QUESTION can i buy exact same cpu and replace it.
 
Thanks i examined the socket nothing seems stuck, it is a prebuilt HP on this website http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01949171 it says i could i upgrade to

Would these chips work without bios updates
