PC was running warm, so reapplied thermal paste, had a lot of bother with getting the heatsink back on, finally managed it only for it to have gone wrong; most likely due to the struggle to pop it back in.
Any who, gonna drop it off at a repair shop, but decided to upgrade my cooling system whilst I'm at it

Would this be a worthwhile upgrade? And will it draw any more power than the aforementioned cooler?
Of course, other suggestions would be great, too.
