Upgrading CPU on old Dell Inspiron One 19T

Hi I have a Dell Inspiron One 19T, with celeron E1500 cpu, Can I upgrade it with a E7500, or E5800 CPU. or what is the maximum it will take, and will I have to upgrade bios as well.
Bought it for £13.00 off ebay and it looks as if it hasn't been used, no dust on fan and no marks to case.
