[SOLVED] Upgrading CPU

I just got a TOSHIBA C855-S5202 Satellite, and old dog, that I want to upgrade, just for the fun of it. I just installed Windows 10 1909 on it, looking for a little more "umph" when I click on it. My friend had put 16GB of RAM in it, thinking that that would speed it up. But when I saw the 1.3 GHz processor, I knew I couldn't RAM my way out of that. He just gave it to me because I said I would play around with it and see what I could do. So, can I put a higher speed CPU in the thing? Is the CPU sodered to the board, or can it even be changed out? Just a little push in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

That appears to be an ancient, budget laptop with an AMD E-300 in it. That's a BGA socketed CPU, so you're at an upgrade dead end. Even if you could upgrade things, this is so old that there's no real point in dumping money into it even if it were possible.
