upgrading dc7700 graphics card

I want to know if upgrading the built-in graphics card to a AMD ATI Radeon HD 3450 card, would it be better? it's the sff model with 4gb ram with 3.4ghz

3450 is no better than integrated graphics and is not a worthwhile upgrade.
The minimum should probably be a $65 GT730.

If you are planning on gaming, I recommend upgrading the cpu to a core 2 duo e6700. Its worlds faster than whatever pentium you have in there and is dirt cheap.
