Hello guys, new to the forums and wanted to say HI :)

I filled all in like instructed and hope someone will give me decision making advice :)

I always get advice like buy model x,then someone says but z is 5% beter for 20USD more, then model y is 20% better for 50USD more but if you are stretching, make it worth and so on. I'll end up buying gtx680 which I really don't need.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
- I like my cards to be cool,so I suspect on better cooling model
- I like PC's,always liked building but I will buy bang for the buck before some kick a** model I don't really need
-I want to max GW2 performance, and I think that's more CPU dependent than GPU
-I always like my GPU tu be longer, don't know why,and this is irrelevant :)
-Based on this decision I will upgrade my MB also
-Since I have i5 2500K I would like to make it more future proof, and since I have warranty on both MB and GPU, I hoped to stay within the budget, and just as an orientation when I bought GTX 560 Ti( 9th June 2011) it was around 350$ here, and value of that card in that time on other parts of world is kind of my budget

To be honest, I looked at 7850 only so far,ASUS model with DCU2 cooling.
I'm wondering if this is actually an upgrade or sidegrade or maybe even downgrade from some perspective.
So,I'm all yours for advices.

Thx and best regards.

7850 wouldn't really be an upgrade from your current card, so I can't recommend it.

If you had to purchase before the GTX7xx series cards come out, I would have to recommend a 660Ti or a 7950.
660Ti: Out performs the 7950 when pitted reference clock vs. reference clock.
7950: The 3GB memory would serve better for your high resolution dual monitor set up. It is also a highly regarded overclocker.

If you plan on overclocking, go with the 7950. If not, go with the 660Ti.
However, if you can wait until the GTX700's come out, then go with which ever 700 series that fits your budget. It shouldn't be far off.

thank you for advice.

Nvidia 7 series should come out soon right? I would wait for gtx760ti or something then. Or ATI 8850 if it comes soon, but it wont as I see.

I will check last day of my warranty and then act fast. If new things come out, I will grab them,if not 7950 is the way to go.

The 700 series should be out this month. That's what most sites are pegging. (http://www.tomshardware.com/news/Nvidia-GeForce-GTX-700-Kepler,22204.html)
I believe the 8000 series AMD cards won't be out until Q4, so that would be out of the question.

Yes, if you can wait the 760ti would be what you want.

And the link you posted says 300USD for 760ti,if that would only be here.

Thank you for all your help, in next 3 weeks I will have to buy something new.
