Doe your MB have A01 BIOS or the A16?
According to dell, the A16 is the newer one. And from dell support: This file format consists of a BIOS-executable file. To use it, download the file and copy it to a DOS-bootable USB flash drive, then boot the system to the USB flash drive and run the program. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=7GK0W&fileId=3270416110&osCode=W764&productCode=optiplex-760&languageCode=en&categoryId=BI
