Upgrading, do I need new windows?

This is what I currently have Specs:

Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo)
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UP4 TH LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
EVGA 1060 3gb GPU
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory
Intel 240GB SSD
Corsiar TX650M Power Supply
would I have to get a new copy of windows or could i do something to keep my copy of WIN 10.
Also would those new comps fit in my current setup?
Only real reason I feel i need to upgrade is that my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU. playing cpu intensive games and having issues. Sucks I more or less have to get a new MOBO and RAM as well.

Depends on the type of W10 license you have. If it's retail license, no problem at all. For any other type of license and if you have latest W10, you could try Windows Activation helper, it just might let you activate it that way.

It's not worth to upgrade i5-3570K to i5-6600K. Performance increase is minimal and you can get to i5-6600 performance by overclocking.
If you want more cpu performance, then upgrade to i7. But I highly doubt, that you have any bottlenecking there.

Reason I want to upgrade is because a friend has that processor and is getting much better frames in a game.
