Upgrading fiance's tower

Just removed the mobo/cpu and power supply from my fiance's tower. It is only used for gaming - nothing but rift atm, possibly other rpgmmo later. Have the following:

So all I need is mobo/cpu and psu. Have always ordered from newegg but am making a trip to microcenter since I am driving half way there to drop off a pc anyway. Torn on just getting a i3-2100 or one of the i5's. I'm having a hard time justifying a i5-2500k since its only used a few hours a week for rift and youtube for the daughter on occasion.

i would definitely grab the seasonic 520w, its an excellent psu and price.
since microcenter prices are so good, id go for an i5-2400 and an h61 (cant see which one you chose).

Snagged the seasonic PSU, couple sets of that g.skill memory and some other stuff I needed for my next planned build.
