Background

Hello there. Recently i bought new Dark Souls 3 and have noticed that it isn't playable on my i3-530 + gts 450 (yes, i know). Now i want to make most budget upgrade to run this game on minimal settings in at least of 15-20fps.

Budget

290$ (or 19 000 rubles in russian equalent)

Stores

It would be great to buy something in my local store http://www.regard.ru/ (65 ruble is ~1$) or something used-one from here https://www.avito.ru/moskva

Cases i have figured by myself

1. Here is a chance to buy some better used lga 1156 and safe money on gpu without changing my current motherboard. Some deals i have seen about it:
* I5-650 for 2700 (41$)
* i7-860 for 7000 (106$)
* i5-750 for 5000 (76$)
* i5-760 for 5500 (84$)
Going that scenario i could buy any top gpu that wouldn't bottleneck this dinosaur cpu and thats what i couldn't decide cause even gts 950 in pair with such cpu's sounds horrible. I also being afraid about used cpu risks. I also want to notice that i don't care about any future upgrade paths for this system, so cheaper == better in this case. So would it be better instead of rerolling on new motherboard? Would i get my 20fps?
2. Buy new motherboard + cpu + gpu. In my budget i couldn't decide even between intel and amd. I could by something like gts 950 + fx6300 + some cheap amd motherboard, but wouldn't it be bottlenecking? Would fx6300 being good for dark souls 3? Or should i buy some chap intel and gts 750 / some radeon? Have you any suggestions inside my budget?

Looking at the minimum spec, it appears to be an i5-2500 / A8-3870K & GTX 465 / HD 6870

Unfortunately, neither CPU is going to fit your existing socket, and I wouldn't suggest upgrading to anything you listed there, unfortunately.

For your GPU, a 750ti is usually pretty cheap, and a bit above the minimum requirements for the game.

Not a perfect solution, but you could pick this up & drop the 750ti in:

An i5-3470

With that, you should be able to achieve decent FPS.
