[SOLVED] Upgrading from 32bit to 64 bit

I just finished my first PC build and windows 7 is installed along with a liscense. But it's 32 bit, I was wondering if I can upgrade to 64 bit and if you have to pay for another liscense while doing so.

Perform clean install of windows 7 64 bit. Reuse your old license.

32 and 64 bit doesn't matter... Just download a windows 7 64 bit iso, put it on a USB drive install it and reuse your license

Whatever the licensing is...32bit to 64bit is a full wipe and reinstall.
Not just an 'upgrade'.

if you bought a 32 bit version of windows you get a 32 bit license so I'm 99% positive you have to buy 64 bit version

I am a 100% sure you are incorrect. Keys are not bit specific, just version(home, pro, etc).
