I'm building a gaming PC and I only really need to upgrade one more thing on it - RAM.

I currently have 4GB installed memory and 2GB VRAM. I've been looking around for prices and such, and realised how much it varies, I was wondering if someone could help simplify it for me and give me an estimate cost for my machine.

Here's some basic specs of my PC: http://gyazo.com/4f50c20c0321b5a65e5c80642f63d72a

I live in Australia so i'm quite limited to what I can purchase online from overseas because of hefty shipping fee's. I really only have a budget of around $100 - $150 max.

I can settle for a good 6GB RAM if possible, but would prefer 8GB. I can give more info if needed, thankyou!

You're going to want to match up the memory you currently have with the new stuff if at all possible. Getting an exact match/model is best. Unfortunately the basic specs don't list anything useful about what your running. What is the make and model of your existing RAM? What is your motherboards make and model?

Here is some more indepth specs.. hopefully what you need.. (sorry it's alot of links)

OK yeah that helps. Your motherboard supports a maximum of 16GB DDR3 1600mhz of RAM. You have two slots for your RAM. Your currently using 1 stick of Corsair CMX4GX3M1A1600C9, which is a 4GB DDR3 1600mhz CAS 9 RAM. You just need to get a matching stick and your good to go. You can get it for about $45 US on Newegg or Amazon or pick your preferred vendor of choice.

So that will give me +4GB RAM, right? Or is that just a slot to hold another RAM card or something..
