Solution

I would definitely look at adding two more case fans: One front (intake) and one top (exhaust). Regardless if you are upgrading the CPU or not. Best of Luck
Depends on a few things, but if you are keeping the same GPU then you won't see a huge difference in most games. Games that are more directly related to CPU performance will have much higher minimum frame rates, max will probably still be set by the GPU.

Thanks for an answer but is the upgrade worth it?
8350 is old with MSI GTX 760 4GB,still it plays games quiet well.Overheating is an issue with 8350 though,so the change.Looking forward for more answers.

Keep in mind you will need a new motherboard for that CPU. In my humble opinion - not worth it unless you are building a complete system with all new components.

If overheating is an issue, you could look into some case fans or a new CPU Fan if you are currently using the stock fan.

What case do you have, and how are the case fans positioned? Are you overclocking the CPU?

If you want to upgrade CPU, no one will stop you :) just trying to make suggestions for the heat. The GTX760 runs fairly hot itself, probably blowing tons of hot air into your case.

Yes that's true, gtx 760 does heat up quiet alot but its air isn't a problem for me and the case has just 1Fan which is headache as its position to the back panel of case where the wall is.I tried bringing the whole case outside in open air and test it,with open case covers, still of no use,it gets shutdown.
I got no problem of money to change to i5.As its around 20K indian rupees with a basic H110 gigabyte mobo (its fairly good in my opinion.About the case fans i might take a look later on after change.
Thanks for suggestions.
