Upgrading from a horribly outdated monitor

Right now I have a pretty good gaming rig outputting to an old hp 15'' 1024x768 monitor

I don't have much of a budget but I can spend around 130 dollars. What's the best monitor I can get for this price? By the way I dislike giant monitors. 19-20'' is ideal.

Have a look at Dell's Outlet Center, as they usually have some excellent deals on some fairly sizable monitors. I got a 23" or 24" (I forget) 1080p LCD for $150 last year, for example.
