Is there anything new i need? Any new wires, connections, precautions etc. I’m pretty new to pc building and don’t want to spend all my money just to find out i did something wrong or need something else.

My current GPU: Sapphire Dual-X R7 370 OC; https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/sapphire-dual-x-r...
One I'm looking to buy: Asus Radeon RX 580 OC GAMING 8GB 2HDMI/DVI-D/2DP; https://www.arvutitark.ee/est/tootekataloog/Arvutikompo...

My PSU is a Corsair VS450: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Power/Plug-Type/vs-series...
I got it with my pc (I bought parts and got it built with a relative) and is about 1-2 years old, but it should work completely fine.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 7500

Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. H110M-R (LGA1151)

Ram: 8.00GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz

SSD/HDD: 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (SATA)
119GB TS128GSSD360S (SSD)

GPU: 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 370 Series (Sapphire/PCPartner)

PSU: VS Series™ VS450 — 450 Watt Power Supply

Chassis: I think this is a Zalman ZM-T3; http://www.zalman.com/contents/products/view.html?no=99 because it looks exactly like mine externally.

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit

Make and model of both GPU's...some AIB's will have overclocked/beefier versions of the card requiring more power. Also, what is the make and model of your PSU? How old is it?

You should also state your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
