[SOLVED] Upgrading from amd fx 6300 to what? Budget around 300 dollar

My specs are now
AMD fx 6300
Gigabyte Ga-78lmt rev 6.0
GeForce nivida GTX 960 4gb
Corsair value 2x 8gb 1600 MHz
1 Tb thosiba HDD
250 GB SSD Samsung Evo 860

Mobo is not supporting the full speed of SSD
I would like a newer and stronger CPU for playing newer games
I have a cooler Master hyper Evo 212 it would be nice to Mount that on the new CPU

It has SATA 3 ports that would support your 860 @ sata its maximum speed and it has duel m.2 slots that support both nvme and SATA drives.

By the way your hyper 212 doesn't have brackets to fit on the newer socket, however, the stock cooler is plenty sufficient for even mild overclocking.

Is there No solution to get my Evo 212 cooler to fit the new am4 socket on the motherboard AMD CPU?

I think they have an adapter. You may contact cooler master about it. Or you may be able to purchase it online.

Keep in mind I've not installed this kit, but if you have the hyper 212 Evo, according to cooler master's site, it looks like this is the kit.
