Hello everyone. I have a a Dell N5010 and I'm thinking of upgrading the CPU from the Intel P6100 to the i5 480M so I've got some questions.

1)Will I notice any significant improvement in the overall performance of my laptop, is it worth upgrading?
2)Will the existing cooling system be sufficient for the new setup?
3)Should I buy a new CPU from eBay Chinese sellers or you suggest me to buy a used one extracted from a broken branded laptop but in the same money range? CPUs that come from Chinese sellers are B-Grade or there is something else that I have to be careful of?

Thanks in advance.

1) Yes you will because there is 2 more threads plus it is clocked a little faster. It won't be significant but it is some. It averages out to 50/50 because the pros are that it will go faster, cons it will be hard to take apart and but it back together. MAKE SURE IT IS 100% COMPATIBLE.
2) It should be enough but you might want to get a cooling pad to keep it from overheating. Such as this onehttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834992853
3) Get a refurbished one because it will save you money and will prevent any damage from a used one. My personal experience, I had something shipped oversea from Taiwan, and it arrived damaged.
